We offer a package to cover all legal requirements of running a Ltd Company. Making sure you are complying with uk company rules and regulations.

 

This will include completion and submission of company tax returns, accounts/annual return's for the Ltd Company, as well as self assessment, which is a requirement of being a director of a Ltd Company.

 

Also any issues with accounting, payroll & vat which you may have within the year, we will be on hand to support and guide you through.

 

Including checking to make sure as your business grows or changes, you are not falling foul of not doing things correctly, as there are lots of different thresholds and requirements of running a Ltd Company e.g. when it becomes compulsory to be vat registered and also the best way to draw a salary/dividend from the business.
